So, long story short: bought a new 1500 Ram 3 months ago and it stopped on me without a warning. Went back to RAM dealership and they were professional and courteous. Making it right still had some expenses attached to it. But, I am no longer worried about being in the other truck that left me in the middle of the street. And, I learned my salesman cared as he gave me my roadside assistance number without hesitation. Finance explained the transfer information. It should not have happened. But, the sales and finance guy where nice.

Had to take my Jeep Gladiator in for an engine light on! Being that my in laws live in San Bentio,TX I went to Bert Ogdon Jeep in Harlingen first. They were closer. When I arrived there I had the worst experiance ever! All they were concerned about was we cannot get to your Jeep until Monday! This was on a Thursday. If you need a car, go see Robert Subia. He was amazing to deal with over email. I always ask other dealerships for the out-the-door price upfront, but they usually ignore me and just try to force you onto a phone call. As a parent, I can't be on the phone talking numbers with a crying baby in the background. Robert actually listened to me, kept everything over email, and sent over the numbers on paper right away. Had a hell of an experience with the salesman Andrew. Told him the Jeep I was looking into, and he brought it upfront so I can look at it right away. We worked out the numbers, and he wasn’t pushy like other salesman have been. There was a little hiccup with the trade I had, but it wasn’t his fault. He fought for me, and got the numbers right. I just had a very pleasant experience with this dealership! They (specifically Andy) took care of my vehicle and took care of me. I have a custom van that had a rodent problem. The dealership went above and beyond the call of duty and arranged for an outside detail shop to clean up the problem.
